We analyzed competitors and identified key pain points — complex navigation, confusing checkout. Mapped user journeys from first visit to completed purchase.

• Quick view — product details without leaving the catalog
• Streamlined checkout — minimum steps to purchase

Results

A clean, modern design that highlights the product and simplifies the path from browsing to buying.
